When I made this, it was one of those nights that I was rummaging through the fridge and trying to put together a meal with what was hanging out on our shelves. I had some ground turkey and my husband had been on a meatloaf kick lately so I thought I would give it a try.
After researching how to make a basic meatloaf, I came up with this recipe and included a good handful of superfoods. I was definitely skeptical and I told my husband not to be surprised if it was gross. But then we took a bite and we were so surprised—it was so delicious! I even made it again the next week and my husband still keeps talking about the “little meatloaves.” So score! Hope you enjoy!
