In honor of our pepper giveaway contest this week, I thought I would share my favorite jalapeño recipe.
I’m not a huge spicy food person. In fact, my husband made fun of me for making these jalapeño poppers last night because earlier this week I might have complained just a little about the jalapeño slices that were on our pizza. Okay, good point.
But when you add pineapple, cream cheese and bacon, I will gladly eat a jalapeño. I always make sure to plant at least one jalapeño plant in my garden each year just so I can (attempt) to make these. Now, if only I could get better at growing peppers then maybe I could actually make this recipe with peppers from my garden…
This recipe is great for serving at a party or for your weekly dinner meals. I served it up this week for dinner with some pineapple cilantro rice and it was delicious. Hope you enjoy, and don’t forget to check out our pepper giveaway!
