Growing up I was never a breakfast person. You wouldn’t know that now because it seems like most of the recipes I share are breakfast items. But that was how it was until sometime after college…pretty much when I hit adulthood. My mom always told me I would love breakfast when I was older. And she was right. Moms are always right, aren’t they?
Pancakes and waffles are great, but my true love is fried eggs. Over easy to be exact. It took me several years to perfect my over easy egg, but I finally mastered it and breakfast has never been better.
But then one day my mom introduced me to this little trick she discovered, and like I said before, moms just know best. Her little trick was a game changer and now I can’t have my eggs any other way.
So what makes these eggs fancy? Well friends, it’s simple. Dill and parmesan cheese. I promise once you try these eggs, breakfast will never be the same again.
